​As the woman behind Coffee n Cream Press, owner Leah Jachimowicz sees every greeting card design from vision through to creation. Her greeting card designs are hand-drawn, digitally edited, and then converted to polymer plates for letterpress printing out of her home studio in San Francisco, California. And yes, she thinks of the cards herself!
